Carnival Potato Salad

Ingredients:

* 3 cups cooked potatoes, warm, cubed
* 1/4 cup chopped pimiento
* 1/4 cup dill pickle, chopped
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise, or to taste
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preparation:
Combine potatoes, pimiento, pickle, and onion. Toss with mayonnaise and seasonings. Chill before serving.
Serves 4.
