Try this recipe..
Ato Salad
2 cold baked potATOs, diced
3 fresh tomATOs, diced
1 tsp dried basil
1 small red onion, diced (~1/2 cup)
1/2 diced red bell pepper (~1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Mix, chill.
(I suppose I should have used red wine vinegar and red potatoes, just to be
consistent
